Patto con Del Vecchio e Crt arriva al 13,8% del capitale
(ANSA) – MILANO, 16 NOV – Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone
compra azioni Generali e sale al 7%. Secondo quanto emerge dall’
internal dealing della Consob il costruttore ed editore romano
ha acquistato 3,38 milioni di titoli pari allo 0,214% del
capitale e si è portato al 6,964% o al 7,027% se si considera lo
0,063% riconducibile a una società collegata del gruppo
Caltagirone.
Il patto stretto con Leonardo Del Vecchio e Fondazioni Crt
arriva così al 13,81% o al 13,87% se si considera anche lo
